Personal WELL BEING: Finding Happy

Personal Well-Being is more than simply the absence of suffering. Based on preeminent Psychologist Martin Seligman's book, "Flourishing", this session will explore the key characteristics of a rich and fulfilling life. The session will include examples of personal exercises that have been shown to increase levels of happiness, as well as resources for those who wish to explore this topic further on their own. Lunch and childcare will be provided. Childcare will close on 4/21 for this event.
